Why a Roll-Up Standee Works for This
A roll-up standee gives you 6 feet of vertical branding that sets up in 30 seconds, needs no wall, no drilling and no permissions, and packs into a shoulder bag afterwards. For occasions where the setting matters — entrances, stages, photo points, registration desks — it delivers professional presence at a fraction of what backdrop fabrication costs.
Prices start at ₹1,199 with printing (2×5 ft) and ₹1,399 for the full-size 3×6 ft. If the event repeats, buy a blank stand from ₹799 and swap the flex each time — the hardware is reusable dozens of times.
Recommended Sizes and Quantities
For a single entrance or welcome point, one 3×6 does the job. For stages, use a pair flanking both sides. Exhibitions and conferences typically need 2–4 (entry, booth back-wall sides, registration). Bulk slabs kick in at 5 pieces (5% off) up to 20% off at 50+, so multi-standee events cost less per piece.
Design Tips That Make It Work
One headline readable from 10 feet (minimum 120 pt at print size), one hero image, one action line (phone/QR/date). Keep the bottom 4 inches free of content — it curves into the base. Upload PDF, AI, CDR, JPG, PNG, PSD or EPS at 300 DPI in CMYK; design service is available at ₹299 (basic) or ₹599 (premium) if you'd rather send a brief.
