Orders placed before 12 PM get same-day dispatch in Delhi NCR. Everywhere else in India, delivery takes 24–48 hours by express courier. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹500.
No — all orders are prepaid via Razorpay (UPI, cards, Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, net banking). Custom printed standees cannot be restocked or resold, so a prepaid-only model is what keeps our prices the lowest in India.

Printed flex stays vibrant for 2–3 years of daily indoor use. The aluminium hardware lasts 5+ years and accepts replacement flex, so one stand can serve many campaigns.
Yes. The flex clips into the roller and clamp rail, so you can replace it in about 10 minutes. Many customers keep one blank stand and swap flex for every new offer or event.
Custom printed standees are non-returnable (they're made only for you). Non-printed blank stands can be returned within 2 days. For transit damage, report within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for a free replacement.
