Design at final size at 150 DPI in CMYK for banners viewed from 3+ feet (300 DPI is overkill above 2×3 ft and makes huge files). Convert feet to inches (1 ft = 12 in): a 6×3 ft banner = 72×36 in = 10800×5400 px at 150 DPI. Keep text 3 inches inside edges; leave the outer 1.5-inch strip clear if ordering eyelets.
File Formats and Colour
PDF, AI, CDR, JPG, PNG, PSD or EPS up to 256MB. Work in CMYK from the start — RGB neons (electric blue, bright green) mute when converted for ink. Convert fonts to curves/outlines in CorelDRAW or Illustrator so text never re-flows at the press.
